Coach Bayley Hinson Ivey
Director
Coach Bayley started SLVC in 2018. She was a dual sport athlete at RHHS where she graduated in 2015. She played volleyball and softball. After high school, she went on to play volleyball at USC Lancaster. During her time at USCL is when she started Southern Legacy. Coach Bayley graduated from USC Aiken with a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. Aside from club, she has coached at the middle and high school levels in the area. At SLVC she has had the privilege to coach ages 13U-18U.
Coach Melissa Rickmon
Co Director
Coach Rickmon is the Head Varsity Coach at Clover High School. She has an English degree from Roanoke College and Masters of Library Science from USC. She played volleyball in high school, making all district, region, and state teams, as well as competing on a Junior Olympics team. At Roanoke, she was an All ODAC all 4 years and held career records for digs, kills, and attack percentage. She has coached club, middle school, freshman, JV, and varsity levels.
Coach Olivia Tiller

Olivia Tiller is from Rock Hill and just graduated from Rock Hill High, where she played volleyball all four years. She also played club volleyball for six years, including three with Southern Legacy. Olivia coached a 10U team for the City of Rock Hill and loved every second of it. She is very competitive, is always looking to grow, and loves being part of a team that values hard work, consistency, mental toughness, and discipline. When asked why she wants to coach for Southern Legacy, she says it’s because of the strong culture and shared values that bring everyone together.
Coach Weston Tiller

Weston Tiller is from Rock Hill and recently graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Marketing and a minor in Pre-Med with plans to further his education in that area. He is super competitive and has always loved playing and watching volleyball. Last year, Weston assisted our top 5 regionally ranked 18U Elite team. The 18U team highly benefited from his analytical skills and knowledge of the game. When asked why he wants to coach with SLVC, Weston says the experience he gained from this past season made him want to go further with coaching and continue to be a part of SLVC.
